This Privacy Policy explains what information Event Card Generator ("the Service") collects when you register for an event, and how it is used.

1. Information we collect

Full name, company name, email address, phone number, and city, entered on the registration form.
A photo you upload, used to generate your event card.
Basic technical data (such as IP address) used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.

2. How we use this information

To generate your personalized event card.
To register you for the event and let the event organizer manage attendance.
To send you the download link for your generated card.
To protect the Service from spam and abuse.

3. Storage & sharing

Submitted data and photos are stored securely using our database and storage provider (Supabase) and are accessible to the organizer of the event you registered for. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Retention

We retain registration data and photos for as long as needed to operate the event and generate your card, or as required by the event organizer. You may request deletion of your data by contacting the event organizer.

5. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted information at any time by contacting the event organizer or Service administrator.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
