These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Event Card Generator ("the Service"), a tool that lets event attendees register for an event and generate a branded social sharing card using their submitted details and photo. By submitting the registration form, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accuracy

You must provide accurate, current information (name, company, email, phone, city) and a photo you have the right to use. You are responsible for the content you submit.

2. Use of your submission

Information and the photo you submit are used to generate your personalized event card and to manage your registration for the event you are registering for. The organizer of that event may use your submission for event administration and communication.

3. Generated cards

The card generated from your submission may be downloaded by you and shared on social media or elsewhere. You are responsible for how you use and share your generated card.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not submit photos or information that infringe another person's rights.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or offensive content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
